Use: Liquid Sugar is a water based sealer that bonds glitter, metallic's and micas (powder makeup) to your eyelids, or skin surface.

To Apply: Gently squeeze a small amount of liquid into lid. Dip your brush into the Liquid Sugar, slide along rim to remove excess liquid. Lightly touch the brush in the glitter, the two products will then marry on the brush (helpful hint: more adhesive less glitter) apply in short strokes, smoothing the color across the lash line as you would a liquid eye liner. To use glitter as a shadow, use broader strokes with less glitter for a shimmer, or use more glitter for a thicker, bolder shadow. When applied, eyelids may feel tight at first, but product loosens up within minutes. When glitter is applied too thick, flaking may occur and the glitter tends to lose its shine. If glitter is 'balling' up or flaking, apply a small amount of liquid sugar to your bursh and smooth out the glitter.
