Out the door is my favourite top coat. It shrinks less than seche vite and is, to boot, toluene free, unlike seche vite. Top dry in not-quite 60 seconds but under 2 minutes. It's still dentable for a time afterwards depending on how many layers underneath, but the smudge protection is pretty good if you let the layers top-dry between applications.
