Mixing Instrustions:
For an average application, place 4 level scoops of powder into a non-metallic bowl and mix with 4 oz to 5 oz of developer.
Blend until creamy smooth
Use liquid or cream developer 10, 20 or 30 volume depending on the degree of lightening desired.
Use 10 volume cream on relaxed, permed or porous hair
Check development regularly until you achieve level of decoloration
Do not shampoo before application
Shampoo thoroughly after application
